Who operates the farm
NextTradition LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates Rivulet Farm in Tampa, Florida. The farm property is personally owned, separately from the LLC. This policy describes the website and rental-related information handled by the operator; third-party booking, email, and mapping services have their own policies.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email, phone number, preferred date, estimated guest count, rental interest, and message. Rental arrangements may also involve contact details, booking records, signed agreements, and incident correspondence you supply. Please do not send payment card numbers, identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.
When available, the Contact Us page offers a Google Form. Loading it connects your browser to Google. Submitting sends your answers to Google Forms for the operator to review; responses may also be held in a linked Google Sheet and related email notifications. Your email application is not used to submit the form. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not provide payment checkout. Google services used for inquiries do not guarantee that all storage and processing occur only in the United States.
Information from browsing
Your browser sends technical information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to the web host when loading the site. Hosting providers may keep access and security logs. This version of the website includes no first-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website.
The Directions and Contact Us pages connect to Google when you choose to load the embedded map or form, or follow their direct Google links. Google may then process technical information and cookies. Airbnb links take you to a separate service. See the Cookie Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and the privacy information shown by your booking platform.
How information is used
Information is used to answer questions, assess availability, arrange and administer rentals, communicate arrival and use rules, address incidents and disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. It is not necessary to load the map to inquire about or arrange a rental.
When information may be shared
Information may be provided to service providers supporting hosting, email, booking, or business administration; personnel who need it to manage your rental; professional advisers and insurers handling relevant matters; and public authorities when legally required. Information may also be disclosed as reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights or address fraud, safety incidents, and legal claims. Third parties receiving information are subject to their own applicable obligations.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including applicable recordkeeping periods, dispute resolution, insurance matters, and legal holds. Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be sent to the operator. Identity verification may be needed. Some information cannot be deleted where retention is legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.
Security and confidentiality
No website, email system, or storage method can promise absolute security or confidentiality. Use care when deciding what to send, especially on shared devices. This limitation is not a waiver of statutory privacy rights or the operator’s applicable data-security and breach-notification obligations.
Children and other people’s information
The inquiry process is intended for adults arranging rentals. Adults should avoid including children’s personal details in general inquiries. Do not provide another person’s information without appropriate authority. A natural guardian must handle any required minor participation documents separately.
Security monitoring policy
Rivulet Farm will use outdoor security cameras to monitor exterior areas for property security, to help deter unauthorized access, and to review safety incidents, damage, or disputes. People and vehicles within a camera’s field of view may appear in video footage. Outdoor monitoring applies to the farm setting used for house stays, events, and batting cage rentals.
Monitoring is limited to outdoor areas and must not intrude into bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor restrooms, changing areas, or other spaces where people reasonably expect privacy. Camera locations and the areas they cover must be disclosed to guests before booking or use, with any additional notices required by law or the booking platform. This policy concerns video monitoring; it does not authorize recording private conversations or replace any legally required consent for audio recording.
Access to footage is restricted to the operator and authorized personnel or service providers with a legitimate security or administrative need. Relevant footage may be shared with insurers, professional advisers, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary to address an incident, protect lawful rights, or comply with legal obligations. Recordings are to be retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes; footage relevant to an incident, claim, or legal hold may need to be kept longer.
Cameras do not guarantee continuous monitoring, complete coverage, prevention of incidents, or an immediate response. They do not replace appropriate supervision or emergency services. To ask about camera coverage or make a request concerning footage, use the Get In Touch button below and identify the approximate date, time, and location. Requests are subject to applicable law and the privacy rights of other people.
Privacy at the property
Descriptions of a private farm setting do not promise complete seclusion, sound isolation, uninterrupted access, or the conduct of other people. The agreed rental identifies any exclusive-use areas. This language does not authorize unlawful surveillance, intrusion into private spaces, or disclosure of personal information, and does not displace applicable privacy laws or booking-platform requirements.
Policy changes
This page will show the date of any revision. Material changes in data practices should be disclosed before they are applied, and any consent required by law must be obtained.
